Guiding working mums to heal their past, release self-criticism, guilt, and survival behaviours to expand personal success.
THERE COMES A TIME IN LIFE WHEN THE LINE MUST BE DRAWN IN THE SAND
As a working mum, you juggle the demands of a busy career while trying to be present for your children, and somewhere along the way, it can feel like you’re dropping the ball. You might wonder: “Am I doing enough? Am I enough?”
The pressure to do it all can leave you burned out, exhausted, and disillusioned. Staying busy and trying to be everything for everyone won’t fix things—it only drains you and strips you of your equilibrium.
Your coping mechanisms may have helped you survive the chaos, but they no longer serve you.
Watching other women who seem to have it all together can leave you feeling inadequate, and doubting your worth when you’re racing against deadlines and trying to make it to soccer practice on time. And don't be late for the school concert.
Maybe your relationship with your partner feels strained. Communication has shut down, and the resentment is building because you feel unsupported.
Let’s face it—some days, it feels like there’s never enough time for yourself, what even is that?
You collapse on the couch at the end of a long day, too tired to think, but your mind refuses to switch off. You're still replaying the day's challenges, second-guessing your actions.
You’ve always been the one who solves everyone else’s problems, the dependable multitasker who never drops the ball. Some might even call you a perfectionist. But this desire for perfection is fueling your stress, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and deeply critical of yourself when things don’t go perfectly.
Asking for help? That’s never been your thing. You carry it all, silently, because you believe you have to.
I have experienced all these scenarios as a working mum of six. I felt I was the only one who could do it all. I didn't realise how burnt out I became.
Here's the truth: You don’t have to carry it all alone. There comes a moment when you realize it’s time to let go of the dissatisfaction, the self-doubt, and the chaos, to find a new way forward. A simpler way.
You are a powerful mother, raising powerful, successful children. They deserve to see you live a balanced and joyful life—because when you thrive, so do they.
It’s time to reconnect with the simple joys that life offers. To feel present, excited, and confident in your ability to balance your work, your family, and your dreams.
Imagine hugging your children without feeling the urge to rush to the next task, savoring every moment. Imagine rediscovering connection and joy in your relationships and finding peace in the present. All of which helps you manage your deadlines like a superwoman.
Regardless of the challenges you face, or the dissatisfaction you feel, uncomplicated healing can help you embrace all the parts of yourself you’ve deemed "not good enough."
You are enough. You always have been.
We can work together through healing tools and modalities to help you become the woman and mother you want to be.
Immersing in Uncomplicated Therapy, Reiki, EFT (tapping), and other energetic and practical healing practices, you will quickly feel the spark of joy and excitement again.
Reconnect with your children and partner on a deeper level. Ditch the mum guilt. Gain clarity around work and purpose, and balance work and family commitments with a new level of calm you've not experienced before.
How desperately would you love some alone time and not feel guilty about it? That feels impossible as a working mum most of the time. Everyone wants your attention for homework, friendship issues offloads, and deadlines.
DO YOU DARE?
It's time to change the way life happens around you and start taking back control of your days. It only requires you to want to. Do you dare?
KEEP IT UNCOMPLICATED
As a mum and step-mum to six, I can tell you it's not as hard as you think if you embrace the philosophy of uncomplicating your habits and behaviors. Get the e-book now to show you how.
My personal story is one of trauma and transformation. After losing my mother and grandmother to breast cancer when I was 16, I understand how disruptive life can be. With a destructive mindset, my world was chaotic.
As a divorced and remarried working mum of 6, my own cancer experience has been my turning point. Instead of seeing my circumstances as the enemy, I recognized the opportunity for change and shifted from victim to teacher. I realized my power as a mother and how I could help my children heal and grow. Now, as a therapist and Reiki Master, I help women heal and simplify their lives. My approach combines talk therapy, Reiki, and energetic healing modalities to release past experiences hidden in our minds and bodies, undiscovered for decades that hold us back from living our most joyful lives as we balance family and work.
My mission is to help you reconnect with your innate wisdom, transform your emotions, and heal the nervous system. Together, we can break destructive cycles and create a generation of empowered women and their children who attract happiness and opportunities.
